PUMPKIN CAKE 
Preheat oven 350 degrees.

Sift together:

2 1/4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 heaping tsp. cinnamon

Add:

4 whole eggs
Almost 1 c. oil
2 c. pumpkin (Libbys preferred)

Beat together about 4 minutes and bake in pan 13x9 at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.

FROSTING:

Soften:

1/2 stick butter
3 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese

Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and gradually add 1/2 box confectioners' sugar until thick enough for the cake.
