FREEZER JAM 
Certo fruit pectin
1 qt. strawberries, crush to 1 3/4 c.
4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Fruit should be room temperature. Mash. Add sugar. Let stand 10 minutes, stirring. Mix lemon juice with 1 pouch pectin. Add to fruit and stir for 3 minutes. Ladle into jars. Leave 1/2 inch at top. Let stand 24 hours. Put in freezer.
