BBQ BRISKET 
1 brisket, trimmed
Salt
Brown sugar
Liquid smoke
Barbeque sauce

Rub brisket generously with salt and brown sugar on both sides. Shake liquid smoke on both sides. Wrap tightly in foil. Bake in oven at 250 degrees until tender (cooking time depends on size of brisket). After brisket is done put in refrigerator overnight. Cut brisket in thin slices. Pour barbeque sauce over meat. Rewrap tightly in foil and heat again in oven until hot.
