CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Alpine Lace shredded Cheddar soup
1 c. Minute rice
1 sm. onion, diced

Mix broccoli, soup, cheese, onion and rice. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan sprayed with Pam. Top with chicken breasts (if desired, sprinkle chicken breasts with seasoning). Cover pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Uncover pan and bake additional 15 minutes.
