2 lb. beef stew meat
6 potatoes, peeled and cut into sm. pieces
1 bunch carrots, peeled and cut in sm. pieces
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 1/2 to 3 c. water
3 tbsp. tapioca
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix together. Bake 5 hours at 300 degrees. DO not stir or peek.
