NO PEEK STEW 
2 lb. boneless stew meat
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. red wine
1/4 c. water
Pepper

Place meat in the bottom of a roasting pan. Heat other ingredients together and pour over meat. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours and don't peak.
