PARMESAN CHICKEN WINGS 
5 lbs. cut chicken wings
1/2-1 cup grated cheese
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 lb. butter
garlic salt
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce

Deep fry wings until slightly crispy, drain grease. Coat wings in Worcestershire sauce, butter, garlic, and pepper. When coated well, add grated cheese, and fry until lightly brown.
