CAJUN TURKEY FINGERS 
15 pieces turkey breast, raw, finger size cuts
1 oz. flour
2 oz. cooking oil
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 c. catsup
Cajun spice, as needed

Sprinkle turkey fingers with Cajun spice and roll in flour. Shake off excess flour and saute in hot oil until browned on all sides. Remove and place on baking sheet pan and hold for later use.

Mix together the catsup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and brown sugar and pour over the turkey and bake in an oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and arrange turkey fingers on a serving platter, then pour remaining sauce over top and serve. Serves: 6. (Prep and Cooking Time: 45 minutes)
