SOUR CREAM BANANA BARS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas (about 3 lg.)
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts

VANILLA GLAZE:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
2 tbsp. hot water (if needed, 1-2 tsp. additional hot water)

Mix sugar, sour cream, butter and eggs in large mixer bowl at low speed 1 minute. Beat in bananas and vanilla. Beat in flour, salt and baking soda on medium speed 1 minute. Stir in nuts. Spread in greased and floured jelly roll pan 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch. Bake at 375 degrees until light brown, 20 to 25 minutes; cool.

Frost with Vanilla Glaze (above). Cut into bars, 2x1 inch. About 6 dozen.
