VISITATION BREAD 
DRY:

3 c. white flour
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. rye flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/4 c. gluten (opt.)
1 1/2 tsp. salt

WET:

2 1/2 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
3 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. honey or syrup

1. Place wet ingredients in measure or small mixing bowl.

2. Measure all dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl; stir.

3. Pour wet into dry.

4. Stir and knead. Put dough back in the large bowl, cover with a clean towel and let it set in a warm place until it rises.

5. Punch down and knead again.

6. Divide into 2 well greased loaf pans and let rise again.

7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
