EASY LASAGNA 
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 jar spaghetti sauce
6 oz. can mushrooms
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 egg
8 oz. lasagna noodles, prepared to package
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cut in 1" strips
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown sausage and drain; add spaghetti sauce and mushrooms and simmer 10 minutes.

Mix Ricotta cheese, parsley and egg.

Layer 1/2 meat sauce, 1/2 cheese sauce, 1/2 noodles and 1/2 Mozzarella; repeat layer. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
