SEA FOAM FROSTING 
1 egg white, unbeaten
3/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
3 tbsp. water
1 tsp. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine egg white, brown sugar, water and corn syrup in top of double boiler and mix thoroughly. Place over rapidly boiling water and beat constantly with rotary egg beater until mixture holds up in peaks, about 7 minutes. Remove from fire, add vanilla and beat until cool and thick enough to spread.
