SEA FOAM SALAD | |
1 (15 oz.) can crushed or chunk pineapple 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello 3 oz. cream cheese 4 1/2 oz. Cool Whip 1 c. chopped nuts Drain juice from pineapple; add water to make 1 cup liquid. Prepare Jello as directions on box, substituting pineapple juice for 1 cup cold water. Chill Jello until slightly firm. Whip Jello with hand beater and fold in 1 package cream cheese which has been softened and whipped. Add Cool Whip, pineapple chunks, and nuts. Chill until firm. |
