SEA FOAM FROSTING 
2 egg whites
1 1/2 c. (firmly packed) brown sugar
5 tbsp. water
Dash salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine egg whites, brown sugar, water and salt in top of double boiler. Beat slightly to mix. Place over rapidly boiling water. Beat at high speed until stands in peaks, about 7 minutes. Remove from heat, add vanilla. Beat 1 or 2 minutes or until thick enough to spread.
