BACON FRIED RICE 
1/2 lb. bacon
4 c. cooked rice
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 tbsp. soy sauce

Fry bacon, drain, crumble. Beat eggs, use 1 tablespoon oil in skillet to scramble eggs, break into small pieces. Put aside with bacon. Heat skillet with 3 tablespoons oil in clean skillet, add rice, coat with oil, add soy sauce, salt, rest of ingredients, stir, serve.
