BAKED SCALLOPS 
Wash and dry scallops. Put them in some flour and cover by shaking the bag. Put them in a very well greased pan with butter. Pour milk in until it comes halfway upon the scallops. Salt and pepper. Put just a dot of butter on top of each. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour or until they start to brown very good.
