CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 med. onion (chopped)
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 sm. green bell pepper (chopped) (optional)
1 (10 count) refrigerator biscuits
(May substitute Fritos for biscuits)
6 slices American cheese
2 qt. casserole dish

Cook onion (bell pepper) in small amount of vegetable oil until soft. Add meat and cook until browned. Add tomato paste and cook until bubbling. Stir constantly. Place half of mixture in casserole dish, place layer of cheese over mixture, repeat until mixture is used up. Top with biscuits (or Fritos). Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until biscuits are done. YUM YUM!
