CHEESEBURGER CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes, diced
1 can red kidney beans
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. curry powder
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Saute together beef and onions until beef is brown. Add tomatoes, beans and liquid, salt, chili powder and curry powder. Stir until thoroughly blended. Simmer over moderate heat for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve hot, topping each serving with 1/4 cup shredded cheese.
