CREAMY SHRIMP AND NOODLES 
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. minced onion
1/2 c. minced green pepper
1 lg. tomato
1 1/2 lbs. peeled and deveined shrimp
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles

Heat butter in large skillet. Add onion, green pepper, and tomato (peeled, seeded, and chopped). Cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is translucent. Add shrimp and stir-cook until shrimp are cooked through. Do not overcook.

Sprinkle seasonings over shrimp, stirring to blend. Cut cream cheese into 6 chunks. Add sour cream and cream cheese to mixture in skillet. Stir over medium heat until cheese melts. Do not boil. Serve over cooked noodles. Makes 5-6 servings.
