SAUSAGE & CABBAGE SOUP 
1 sm. head of cabbage
2 med. size links sweet sausage
1 sm. onion
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can peeled tomatoes
Salt
Pepper
Thyme
Oregano
Parsley
Italian seasoning

Boil sausage until done. Pour out water. Slice sausage into chunks about 1/4 inch thick. Place into soup pot. Add crushed tomatoes, cut up peeled tomatoes with juice, cut up cabbage and onion. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, oregano and Italian seasoning to taste. Simmer at least 2 to 3 hours and serve.

Note: Add water for desired consistency.
