1 (8 1/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections
1 (17 oz.) can fruit cocktail
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 sm. pkg. lemon instant pudding
2 bananas, sliced (when using)

Combine all fruit except bananas. Sprinkle dry pudding mix over and mix well. Chill. Just before serving, stir in bananas (optional). Serve as is or top with whipped cream (or prepared topping).
