LEMON DELIGHT 
1 1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 sticks of butter, melted
1/2 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. softened cream cheese
Lg. container Cool Whip
3 c. milk
2 pkg. instant lemon pudding
1 c. confectioners sugar

Three Layers.

1ST LAYER:

Mix 1 1/4 cups flour, 1 1/4 cups melted butter, and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Mix well and pat into a 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degree oven. Cool.

2ND LAYER:

Beat together 1/2 cup Cool Whip, 1 cup confectioners sugar, 8 ounces softened cream cheese. Spread over crust.

3RD LAYER:

3 cups milk and 2 packages instant pudding and mix well together. Add on top of 2nd layer.

Cover with remaining Cool Whip and chill. Garnish with nuts if desired.
