SUNSHINE SPINACH SALAD | |
4 c. torn lettuce or other salad greens 4 c. torn, fresh spinach 1 fresh orange, sliced or 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms 1 sm. red onion, sliced and separated into rings 1/2 c. low-calorie Italian dressing In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except dressing. Chill until serving time. Toss with dressing. Makes 6 servings (2 cups each). |
