COOKIES AND CREAM CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 1/4 c. water
1/3 c. oil
3 egg whites
1 c. coarsely crushed, cream filled chocolate Oreo cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 (9-inch) round cake pans. In large bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil and egg whites. Beat at low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at high speed. Gently stir in crushed cookies. Pour into pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Ice.

FROSTING:

3 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg whites

In bowl, combine 1/2 of powdered sugar, shortening, vanilla and egg whites. Blend well. Beat in remaining sugar. Fill and frost cake.
