WHITE SHELLS PASTA WITH ZUCCHINI
AND CHICKEN
 
1 1/2 pounds chicken breast
1 zucchini sliced
1 box Shells and White Cheddar Pasta Roni
1 can Hunt's Garlic & Oregano Diced Tomatoes
1/4 cup Marsala wine (optional)
1 Tbsp olive oil

In a large skillet, heat olive oil then add chicken breasts. Cook until no longer pink inside.

Meanwhile, cook Pasta Roni according to package directions.

Remove Chicken and set aside to cut into bite size pieces. In the same skillet add sliced zucchini, diced tomatoes and wine***. Stir up any brown bits and reduce until zucchini is tender.

Combine bite sized chicken with the pasta shells. Mix in the zucchini tomato mixture and serve warm.

*** If cooking with wine, drain of some juices from diced tomatoes.
