CHOCOLATE CHIP PIE 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. melted butter, cooled
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. Bourbon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

Beat eggs and sugar until light and lemon colored. Fold in flour alternately with the butter. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes until center comes clean when tested with knife. If browning too fast, reduce to 325 degrees and bake a little longer.
