LASAGNA ROLL-UPS 
MEAT SAUCE:

1 1/2 to 2 lbs. mild Italian sausage, browned and drained
1 1/2 to 2 lg. jars spaghetti sauce

CHEESE MIXTURE:

2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
8 oz. cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella
4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1 lb. bx. of lasagne noodles, cooked per directions

Combine meat and sauce and spread about 1 to 1/2 cups of this on bottom of casserole. Spread cheese mixture on individual noodle (not too thick) roll up and place seam side down in casserole. Spoon remaining sauce over the top, reserve some sauce for the table. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees in 9 x 13 dish for 30 to 45 minutes, last 10 minutes uncover.
