LASAGNA (No Meat) 
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce
8 oz. lasagna, cooked
1/2 lb. ricotta
12 oz. cottage cheese
1/2 lb. mozzarella
1 c. Parmesan for top

Layer in baking dish tomato sauce, lasagna, ricotta, cottage cheese, mozzarella. Top with tomato sauce and Parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes.

Optional - Mix together ricotta, cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese. Put equal amounts on lasagna - roll up. In baking dish put spaghetti sauce. Place lasagna rolls, top with spaghetti sauce and Parmesan cheese. Bake as above.
