1 env. Butter Buds in 1/2 c. warm water
12 packets Equal
1 Eggbeater
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. fructose
2 c. cake flour
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. thick unsweetened applesauce

Beat butter and sugar together, then beat in egg. Add dry ingredients to mixture alternately with applesauce. Drop on Pam-sprayed cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes in 375 degree oven. Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
