ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
2 cans asparagus, drained
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 carrot, grated
1 med. size onion, finely diced
1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Mix first 5 ingredients and place in a greased baking dish. Cover with stuffing mix. Bake in a 350 degree oven until heated thoroughly, about 1/2 hour.

Green beans may be substituted for asparagus. For variety mix Parmesan cheese with stuffing.
