ORANGE MOUSSE 
2 lg. oranges
3 eggs
2 egg yolks
4 sugar substitutes
3/4 c. orange juice
1 1/2 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
1/4 c. Smuckers Simply Fruit orange marmalade
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Grated rind of 1 orange and reserve

Skin segments of both oranges; set aside. Cover in refrigerator. Use an electric mixer to combine eggs, egg yolks, and sugar in a large bowl. Beat 3 minutes; add orange rind and mix. Combine orange juice and gelatin in a small saucepan and stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolve. Cool to room temperature then sprinkle it over beaten egg mixture. Fold in carefully using a rubber spatula; add whipped cream. Fold in gently. Put in serving bowl and place in refrigerator overnight. Combine jelly and lemon juice in a small saucepan, stir over low heat to dissolve. Cool and arrange orange segments in a border on top. Brush each with jelly mixture. Refrigerate until serving time.
