ORANGE MOUSSE PIE 
1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. heavy cream (heated to boiling)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (6 oz.) frozen orange juice
3/4 c. 10X sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 graham cracker crust

In blender sprinkle gelatin over water. Let stand 2-3 minutes. Add hot cream and mix at low speed until dissolved. Add cream cheese, juice, sugar and vanilla; blend on medium-high speed until well blended. Pour into graham cracker crust and chill 4 hours or overnight. Tastes like orange dreamsickle pop.
