“ORANGE-GLAZED COOKIES (LOW-FAT)” IS IN:

ORANGE-GLAZED COOKIES (LOW-FAT) 
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter, room temperature
1 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar
1 egg white
3 tsp. grated orange zest
1/3 cup 1% milk

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Coat baking sheets with cooking spray. Or cover baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. In a bowl with mixer on medium speed, beat butter and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add egg white and 2 teaspoons zest, beat until blended.

On low speed, alternately beat in flour mix and milk. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto 3-inch apart onto baking sheets. Spread into 2-1/2-inch rounds.

Bake 7-8 minutes or until edges are golden. Cool 5 minutes. Transfer to racks to cool completely.

In a bowl, stir remaining 3/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon zest with 5 teaspoons water; spread over cookies. Let stand until dry, about 15 minutes.
