SHRIMP MOLD 
1 can cream of celery soup
3 tbsp. water
1 env. plain Knox gelatin
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped onions
1 c. mayonnaise
2 sm. cans (drained) shrimp

Heat soup. Mix gelatin in water and add to soup while warm. Add rest of ingredients and heat until melted. Pour in a quart mold. When set, unmold and serve with crackers.
