HAMBURGER QUICHE 
1 unbaked 9" pie shell
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. real mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. Cheddar or Swiss cheese
1/3 c. green onion, sliced
Dash pepper

Brown meat; drain. Blend next 4 ingredients until smooth. Stir in meat, cheese, onion and pepper. Turn into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted comes out clean.
