EASY BREAD 
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. dry yeast
4 c. flour

Put water in a large bowl. Add salt and yeast; stir. Add the flour 1 cup at a time. Sprinkle some extra flour on a table and put the dough on it. Knead 10 minutes. Put dough in a bowl, cover it with a warm damp towel and wait 2 hours.

Punch dough down. Smear cooking oil on a cookie sheet. Make 2 balls of dough and pat them on the cookie sheet. Let them rise for 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
