QUICK AND EASY BANANA-RAISIN
BREAD
 
3 ripe bananas
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
Sprinkles (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mash bananas with a fork. Add everything but the flour and raisins. Blend on low speed; add flour and raisins. Blend until moist.

Pour into a greased loaf pan, top with sprinkles (optional) and bake for 45 minutes.

I made this today. It was good, and the bread was moist. I like the idea of there not being a lot of sugar in it. I will make it again.
