POTATO CHEESE SOUP | |
4 c. chopped potatoes 4 c. water 1 c. carrots, cut small 2 tsp. minced onion 4 chicken bouillon cubes 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese In kettle, cover potatoes, carrots, onion, and bouillon cubes with water. Cook until vegetables are soft. Remove vegetables from water and mash with potato masher. Return to kettle with liquid. Stir in cheese. Serve at once. |
