QUIK CHEESE POTATO SOUP | |
5 lbs. potatoes 16 oz. cheese (Velveeta or cheddar or your favorite) 1 med. onion 3 tbsp. all seasoning salt Cut up potatoes, cover and cook along with onions until tender. Remove from heat and add grated or chopped cheese and salt. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes. |
