SUZY'S CHEESE POTATO SOUP 
3 or 4 med. potatoes, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. skim milk
2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
5 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt, pepper, and celery seed to taste

Heat onions, potatoes, water, bouillon, and seasoning to boiling. Cover and cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Place in blender, add cheese and milk; blend until smooth. Makes 4 servings.
