BURRITO BAKE 
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. water
1 can (16 oz.) refried beans
3/4 lb. ground beef, cooked
1 (12 oz.) jar thick taco salsa (Ortega Mild Green Chilie Salsa)
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Mix Bisquick, water and beans and spread in greased 10x10 inch casserole. Layer remaining ingredients on bean mixture in order given. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.

Serve with warm burrito shells, taco sauce and sour cream. (Make your own burritos.)

Also good with sliced avocado, sliced green onion, sliced black olives and diced tomatoes.

Makes 12 burritos.
