SUPERCHOCOLATE BROWNIES | |
1 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. cocoa 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. instant coffee 6 sq. unsweetened chocolate 2 c. sugar 2/3 c. unsalted butter 4 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts Mix flour, baking powder, cocoa, salt and instant coffee; set aside. Melt butter and chocolate in saucepan over low heat; cool slightly. Stir in sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour mixture and nuts. Turn into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees 25 minutes. Frost with Superchocolate Icing when cool. |
