PORK AND BEANS 
1 (16 oz.) pork and beans
1/3 lb. bacon, cut in 1-inch slices
1/4 c. diced onion
1/3 c. brown sugar or 1/3 c. molasses
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. cider vinegar

Cook bacon until tender-crisp, stirring often. Remove and drain bacon on brown paper bag or paper towels. Cook onions in bacon grease until translucent. Drain onions on paper bag or paper towels.

Place pork and beans in casserole; add remaining ingredients. Taste and adjust seasonings to your satisfaction. Cook at 350 degrees about 40-60 minutes. Let stand at least 10 minutes. Serve. Recipe can be doubled or tripled.
