SAUCE PAN BROWNIES 
1 c. butter
4 sqs. unsweetened chocolate
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour, sifted
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Melt butter and chocolate over low heat. (Stir). Add sugar and cool to room temperature. Add eggs, vanilla, and then flour. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in greased 15 1/2 x 11 inch pan.

FROSTING:

3 c. powdered sugar, sifted
4 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. lukewarm black coffee
1 stick butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix powdered sugar, cocoa, butter, and vanilla. Then gradually add coffee. Beat by hand until smooth and creamy.
