CRAWFISH CORNBREAD 
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 or 2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 can cream style corn
2 lg. onions, chopped fine
3 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 lb. crawfish with fat

Mix ingredients well and pour into greased pan. Cook at 400 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Let cool before cutting and serving.
