HOMEMADE GARDEN SALSA 
1 plump tomato
1 small cucumber
2 small green peppers
3 baby carrots
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 chopped onion
1 tbsp. distilled white vinegar
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. sugar

Chop up all of the vegetables. Then add in all the spices. Next add in the distilled white vinegar and red wine vinegar. Now stir it all together. Put in a container and store in the refrigerator until use.

Serving with crackers would be a nice touch too!
