AMBER'S SEMI-HOMEMADE SALSA 
The longer the salsa sits, the spicier it gets!

1 onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel w/ chilies (I use Mexican style)
1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes (Hunts)
juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. dried cilantro (or fresh)
1 tbsp. diced jalapeno
1 tbsp. jalapeno juice
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Blend all of the ingredients in a blender.

Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
