2 c. sugar
6 heaping tsp. cocoa
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
2 1/2 c. quick oatmeal

Mix all ingredients, except oats together. Bring to a rolling boil for three full minutes. Remove from stove and add oatmeal. Drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper while hot. Wait until cool to serve. I usually double this recipe.
