NACHO DELIGHTS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. grated cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 can enchilada sauce (hot)
Chili powder
1 can chopped olives (sm.)
1 bag nacho chips
1 can mushrooms, sliced

Saute beef, onion and mushrooms. Drain fat. Add other ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Pour over lightly broken chips which have been spread out in a large baking pan. Top with grated cheese. Heat in oven at 350 degrees until cheese melt.
