SARMAS - CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
1/4 lb. Jim Dean ground pork sausage
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. cooked rice
1 sm. diced onion
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 (8 oz.) can Hunts tomato sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
Cabbage leaves from large head

I double the sauce recipe. Combine raw meat, salt, rice, onions, and 1 can tomato sauce. Mix together with hands. Boil cabbage leaves. Put meat mixture in leaves. Roll up. Combine remaining tomato sauce with brown sugar and lemon juice. Pour over cabbage rolls. Cover. Can be cooked in oven at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or microwave 30-45 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
